The systematic emphasis on quality that earned Fritz Hoch the title of “Supplier to the Royal Bavarian Court” in 1913 remains a top priority for us to this day.
- A quality management system based on DIN ISO 9001 has been in place since 1995.
- The International Food Standard (IFS), introduced especially for the food industry, was achieved in 2004 and for many years now we have been endorsed at the Higher Level.
- Organic certification, enabling us to market organic wafers, was first obtained in 1999. Organic wafers to the Demeter (biodynamic) standard were added in 2001.
- Since 2012 we have regularly participated in the quality tests of the DLG Test Centre, and our wafers have been awarded the gold medal on numerous occasions.
