Rectangular HOCH baking wafers are available in dimensions from 60 x 100 mm to 400 x 650 mm and round wafers in diameters from 36 mm to 280 mm.
Special versions of our range of rectangular and round baking wafers are also available; these include wholegrain, organic, spelt and gluten-free wafers.
HOCH wafers for fruit cakes prevent the juice from fruit or fruit fillings from seeping through. They are available for rectangular cakes from 122 x 202 mm to 400 x 650 mm and for round cakes in diameters from 175 mm to 280 mm.
We can also supply you with individually designed printed wafers, for decorating cakes or to be used as edible labels.
Other items in our range include special flours and pregelatinised flours. HOCH “Trenn-MEHL” special flour helps with easier removal of cakes from cake tins and protection from seepage. Do you need to make sure that creams, custards and other fillings hold their shape? No problem with the HOCH “Creme-STABIL” additive.
