Quality manager
We are looking for reinforcements for our team:
your area of responsibility
- maintenance and further development of our quality management system
- Preparation and management of certification audits (IFS, BIO-VO, QS feed), customer audits and company inspections
- Monitoring compliance with operational quality standards, particularly in the areas of hygiene, HACCP and food safety
- Processing of product deviations, blockages and initiation of corrective and preventive measures
- conducting training and internal audits
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of product tests
- Quality-related communication with customers and suppliers
Your profile:
- Food technician, degree in food technology, nutritional science, or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in QA/QM, preferably in the food industry
- Knowledge in the areas of IFS, HACCP, allergen management, risk/hazard assessment
- Independent, self-responsible thinking and acting
- team and communication skills
- Experienced use of Microsoft Office
