Shipping policy

Our products are delivered to you by our logistics partner from Monday to Saturday. The minimum order value is €20.00.

For orders within Germany with an order value of less than €30.00, you will be charged €5.90 for packaging and shipping. Orders with an order value of €30.00 or more are delivered free of charge.



Deliveries abroad
For orders sent to Austria, we charge €9.63 for packaging and shipping.

If you would like to have our products delivered to other countries, please contact us for an individual quote.

Delivery abroad is possible from a value of goods of € 30.00.

Return costs
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must bear the cost of returning the undamaged products in their original packaging.

However, if it is a case of an incorrect delivery or damaged goods, we will of course reimburse you for the return costs incurred. To do this, please use our contact form and inform us of the defects in the goods, the postage costs incurred and your bank details.
